Zucchini Ratatouille

  1. Brown beef and put in another dish.
  2. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until tender, in same pan beef was browned in.
  3. Add tomato sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil.
  4. Add mushrooms and zucchini.
  5. Cover and simmer over medium heat until zucchini is tender.
  6. Add water, if necessary.
  7. Add meat.
  8. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
