Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Morsels
- 12 ounces, weight Chocolate Candy Coating, Melted
- 4 ounces, weight Vanilla Candy Coating (almond Bark), Melted
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate morsels. Scoop (about 1-2 Tablespoon sized scoops) batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 2 hours (or overnight).
- Melt each of the chocolates separately - in a double boiler, or in the microwave on 30 second bursts (make sure to stir between each 30 seconds). Using two forks, dip the dough balls into melted chocolate coating and return to parchment paper to dry. Once dry, drizzle the candy coated balls with melted vanilla bark. Refrigerate and enjoy.
