Vegetables With Pasta

  1. Cook linguini per package directions.
  2. Cut squash and zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices; then cut slices into thin strips (leave peel on).
  3. Cut red pepper into thin strips.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables in olive oil with garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Mix with cooked linguini, wine, salt, basil, tarragon and red pepper.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
