Campfire Cookies
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Marshmallow Fluff (or Mini Marshmallows)
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- Adapted from How Sweet Eats Hot Cocoa Cookies.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips and graham crackers.
- Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Then scoop the dough into 2 inch balls and bake on a cookie sheet for 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before taking the cookies off the baking sheet. Cookies will be very moist and slightly sticky. Please handle with care.
