Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems finely.
  2. Melt margarine in sauce pan over low heat.
  3. Add mushroom stems, onion and garlic, saute until tender.
  4. Add crabmeat and spices, simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan and bread crumbs, stir until well blended.
  6. Using a teaspoon stuff each mushroom cap and arrange in baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
