Stuffed Mushrooms
- 16 large mushrooms
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan, grated
- 3/4 c. crabmeat, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- Mozzarella cheese
- Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems finely.
- Melt margarine in sauce pan over low heat.
- Add mushroom stems, onion and garlic, saute until tender.
- Add crabmeat and spices, simmer 10 minutes.
- Add Parmesan and bread crumbs, stir until well blended.
- Using a teaspoon stuff each mushroom cap and arrange in baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
