Lasagne

  1. Soak 1 teaspoon garlic chips, chives and Italian seasoning in water; set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef.
  3. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and seasoning; simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add cottage cheese.
  5. Cook noodles until tender.
  6. Grease bottom of pan with margarine.
  7. Line bottom of pan with noodles, then 1/2 of meat mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over this.
  8. Add about 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese and Colby cheese.
  9. Layer again.
  10. Top this with noodles and cheese.
  11. Bake until bubbly at 350u0b0.
