Lasagne
- 1 box lasagne noodles
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 5 c. grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
- 5 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic chips
- 1 tsp. chives
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. warm water
- Soak 1 teaspoon garlic chips, chives and Italian seasoning in water; set aside.
- Brown ground beef.
- Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and seasoning; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cottage cheese.
- Cook noodles until tender.
- Grease bottom of pan with margarine.
- Line bottom of pan with noodles, then 1/2 of meat mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over this.
- Add about 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese and Colby cheese.
- Layer again.
- Top this with noodles and cheese.
- Bake until bubbly at 350u0b0.
