Florida Fish Fillets With Cream Cheese Stuffing

  1. Thaw fish if frozen.
  2. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, cream cheese, onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread on fish fillets.
  4. Roll fish around stuffing.
  5. Wrap 2 slices bacon around each fillet; secure with a wooden pick.
  6. Place fish rolls in a well-greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  9. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
