Oreo Pudding Cookies
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 package (3/4 Oz. Size) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Chopped Oreos
- 1 bag (12 Oz. Size) White Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- With a mixer, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add in pudding mix, eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in the Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Drop the cookie dough by rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden around the edges and set. Once done, remove the cookies from the oven and cool them on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
