Peaches And Cream Cake
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. can sliced peaches
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, margarine, milk and egg.
- Beat 2 minutes.
- Pour into pan.
- Arrange over batter, sliced peaches.
- Save juice.
- Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice at medium speed.
- Spoon over top of peaches.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar over top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Refrigerate when cool.
- Use pie pan.
- Can double recipe in 9 x 12-inch pan.
