Peaches And Cream Cake

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, margarine, milk and egg.
  2. Beat 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Arrange over batter, sliced peaches.
  5. Save juice.
  6. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice at medium speed.
  7. Spoon over top of peaches.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar over top.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Refrigerate when cool.
  11. Use pie pan.
  12. Can double recipe in 9 x 12-inch pan.
