Orange-Sriracha Glazed Baked Fingerlings

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a skillet on medium heat, heat butter. Add potatoes and salt, and saute 4 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, add glaze ingredients. Stir well and cook 2-3 minutes, Set aside.
  4. In an 8" x 8" baking dish, add potatoes. Pour glaze evenly over everything. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors! We love these with grilled seafood.
