Orange-Sriracha Glazed Baked Fingerlings
- 1/2 sticks Sweet Cream Butter, Melted
- 10 whole Fingerling Potatoes, Washed Well
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
- 1 whole Valencia Orange, Zest And Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce, Or More To Taste
- 2 sprigs Fresh Chopped Chives
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a skillet on medium heat, heat butter. Add potatoes and salt, and saute 4 minutes. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, add glaze ingredients. Stir well and cook 2-3 minutes, Set aside.
- In an 8" x 8" baking dish, add potatoes. Pour glaze evenly over everything. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors! We love these with grilled seafood.
