Orange-Peach Crumble
- 2 whole Fresh Peaches, Peeled, Pitted, Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Orange, Zest And Juice
- 1 whole Sleeve (4 Oz. Size) Graham Crackers, Crushed
- 1/2 sticks Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
- Whipped Topping, Ice Cream, Or Frozen Yogurt, For Serving (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Spray 2 small square or oval baking dishes. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add peaches, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
- In another bowl, add orange zest and juice, crushed graham crackers, and butter. Mix well.
- Evenly divide peach mixture between baking dishes, then evenly divided crumble on top. Set both baking dishes on a sheet pan and bake 15 minutes. This will smell wonderful while baking!
- Serve with whipped topping, ice cream, or frozen yogurt, if desired.
