Orange-Pineapple-Lemon Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add bread cubes, orange juice, zest, pineapple chunks and juices, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Pour cream over the top (do not mix in).
  3. In an 8 x 8 inch baking dish sprayed with Baker's Joy, pour mixing bowl ingredients. Smooth out the top with a sturdy spatula. Place into the oven and bake 15-20 minutes. It will smell wonderful and begin to brown up on top (I check at 15 minutes).
  4. We love this served warm with frozen vanilla yogurt on top. Enjoy!
