Green Goddess Dressing

  1. Mince the parsley, basil, mint, dill, and garlic. In a blender, add mayo, yogurt, then the remaining ingredients and liquids. Begin to blend. Continue blending about a minute and a half. Add olive oil if necessary to thin the dressing to your liking.
  2. Try it on salad, pasta salad, as a sandwich topping, on a baked potato, on your cereal (just kidding)-the options are endless!
