Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies – Healthy & Guilt-Free
- 1/4 cups Peanut Butter, Smooth Or Crunchy
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1/4 cups Applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Old Fashion Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together peanut butter and brown sugar.
- Add the egg whites, applesauce and vanilla. Beat together until smooth and creamy. Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and beat together until incorporated.
- Stir in oats and fold in chocolate chips.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of cookie batter onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown.
