Pasta With Crabmeat Fra Diavolo

  1. In 2 or 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic and red pepper.
  3. Saute until onion is softened.
  4. Add sherry and simmer 1 minute.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and seasonings, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Add crabmeat and half and half, stir well to combine.
  7. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Serve over cooked pasta.
