Fruit Crumb Cobbler

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a skillet over medium low heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until fruit is soft.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the next six ingredients and set the bowl to the side.
  3. Once fruit is soft, place in a greased, oven proof dish (9x13 or similar size).
  4. Top the fruit with the rolled oat mixture, spreading evenly and place into a pre-heated 425 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve alone or top with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream!
