Oatmeal Raisin Nut Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 300u0b0F. Cream together lard and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each until well incorporated. Whisk together flour, oats, cinnamon, soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir dry ingredients into wet in three batches. Add the nuts and raisins with the milk and mix just until combined.
  2. Drop onto a greased or non-stick pan and bake for 10-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
