Ken'S Best Chex Mix Ever
- 1 lb. butter
- 5 tsp. season salt
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 7 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. cheeze nips or Cheddar goldfish
- 3 c. garlic mini bagel chips (optional)
- 2 c. pretzel sticks or braids
- 3 c. cashews
- 3 c. mixed nuts
- 5 c. rice chex
- 5 c. wheat chex
- 5 c. corn chex
- 5 c. mini shredded wheat
- 3 c. cheerios
- Preheat oven at 250u0b0.
- Melt butter and add spices and sauce. Gradually add dry ingredients.
- Stir well with butter mixture. Bake at 250u0b0 for 3 hours.
- Stir well every 15 - 20 minutes.
- Can use a large aluminum disposable turkey roasting pan.
- Once roasted cool on paper towel. Cool completely.
- Store in zip lock bags or airtight containers/tins.
