Nachos Supremos

  1. Crumble beef and chorizo into a large skillet.
  2. Add onions and cook until meat is browned; drain and add several drops of hot pepper sauce.
  3. Spread beans in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread meat mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions, chiles and cheeses. Drizzle salsa over all.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
  7. Garnish with black olives.
  8. Tuck tortilla chips around edges and serve.
  9. Good hot or cold.
  10. Serves 12.
