Microwave Hamburger Stroganoff

  1. Crumble ground beef into microwave-safe casserole.
  2. Add onion and celery.
  3. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once.
  4. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain.
  5. Add mushrooms, noodles, water, bouillon, parsley and garlic powder.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring once or twice, making sure noodles are cooked with liquid to assure tenderness.
  8. Stir in sour cream.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
