Mystery Cheesecake Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla, and beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Spread over the bottom of unbaked pie crust.
  3. Arrange pecan halves on top of the whipped cream-cheese mixture.
  4. In mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients (eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, corn syrup and extracts) and mix well. Carefully pour over the pecans.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
