No-Bake Vegan Jam Mini Crumb Squares
- 1/3 cups Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 cups Oat Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 4 Tablespoons Jam
- 1 Tablespoon Rolled Oats
- Put desiccated coconut, oat flour, maple syrup, coconut oil and tahini into a blender or a food processor, and mix everything well.
- Save 1 tablespoon of the mixture and transfer the rest into a container or a small tray covered with plastic wrap. Press the mixture down to form an even layer, and put it into the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from freezer and spread jam over it.
- Combine the reserved 1 tablespoon mixture with the rolled oats. Scatter over the jam and press down lightly.
- Keep it in the fridge for a few hours until bar has hardened, and cut it into squares.
