Four Bean Casserole

  1. Brown bacon; drain extra fat.
  2. Fry onions in bacon fat until soft; set aside.
  3. Fry ground beef or chuck until browned.
  4. Add all seasonings.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Mix in beans, bacon and onions.
  7. Place into a large baking dish or two oven to freezer casseroles.
  8. Bake the entire batch in one pan at 325u0b0 for 2 hours or less.
  9. Or freeze in smaller casserole dishes and bake as needed.
