Bacon Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook bacon, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of drippings. Prep all other ingredients.
  2. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl and toss with bacon drippings. (Doesn't "drippings" sound so much better than "grease"? But really, this is important to get the best flavour. Don't skip it! If you're making this ahead, it also keeps the pasta from sticking together.)
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat thoroughly with the dressing. Serve immediately.
  4. If transporting, add lettuce right before serving or skip the lettuce and serve a delicious Caesar pasta salad.

pasta, bacon, chicken, parmesan cheese, ubc, fresh parsley, if, croutons, fresh black pepper, salt, caesar dressing
