Blueberry Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease or spray an 8x8 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix in the vanilla, milk and egg and stir until combined. Add in the peanut butter and stir. Gently fold in the blueberries and mix throughout. Turn the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. The top will begin to turn golden brown when it's done.
