Blueberry Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries, Washed And Dried
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease or spray an 8x8 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix in the vanilla, milk and egg and stir until combined. Add in the peanut butter and stir. Gently fold in the blueberries and mix throughout. Turn the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- Bake for 20 minutes. The top will begin to turn golden brown when it's done.
