Layered Chocolate Yoghurt Chia Seed Cups

  1. Mix the yoghurt and chia seeds together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Blend all ingredients for the chocolate layer until thick and smooth.
  3. Layer the fruit at the bottom with a little drizzle of honey, then the yoghurt and chia seeds, topped with the chocolate mixture. Add some fresh fruit on top if you like and enjoy!
