Melon In Sweet Coconut Milk (Or What To Do If Your Melon Is Tasteless)

  1. Warm up the coconut milk in a pan with the stick of cinnamon, palm sugar, and a pinch of sea salt. Add a little bit of water (about half a cup). Keep the heat low.
  2. Once the palm sugar has dissolved, have a taste. Add more palm sugar if it is not sweet enough for your liking. Take the pan off the heat and set the pan in a sink of cold water in order to rapidly cool it down.
  3. Peel and cut up your melon into nice chunky cubes. Place them in dessert bowls or big cups.
  4. Once the sweetened coconut has cooled down add it to your bowls of cut up melon with some ice-cubes.
  5. A very refreshing dessert for those warm summer evenings.
  6. Enjoy.
