Sweets’ Strawberry Bread

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2. Grease two 5X9 bread pans. I usually do one bread pan and a 12-count muffin pan, so that I have a little of both.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together (flour through salt on the above list).
  4. 4. In a separate bowl combine oil, eggs, sugar, and strawberries.
  5. 5. Add strawberry mixture to the dry ingredients and stir together until combined.
  6. 6. Pour into greased pans. Bake bread for about 1 hour. (I bake the muffins for about 20 minutes).
