Gooey Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Reduce speed to low and add both flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and chocolate; mix until well combined.
  4. Fill ramekins or a baking dish with the cookie dough and bake for 20 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown (cooking time will vary based on the size of the baking dish). The center will be gooey and not set like a typical chocolate chip cookie (aka divinity).
