Lemon Lush
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- Combine the first 3 ingredients and press into 10 x 10-inch ovenproof dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 20 minutes or until light brown.
- Cool.
- Cream together the cream cheese and 1 cup of confectioners sugar.
- Add 1 cup Cool Whip and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread on the cooled crust.
- Combine pudding and cold milk and mix on low speed for approximately 2 minutes.
- Spoon over cheese mixture.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip on lemon layer and sprinkle top with nuts.
- Refrigerate.
