Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 2-1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted And Cooled
- 2/3 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
- Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, milk and vanilla until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
