Chocolatey Mud Pie
- 15 whole Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (like Oreos)
- 4 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate
- 1/2 cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 3 ounces, weight Chocolate Flavored Instant Pudding & Pie Filling Mix
- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies and spread them into the bottom of a square 8x8 pan.
- Melt the chocolate per package instructions and once melted, mix in the sweetened condensed milk. Pour this mixture on top of the cookie mixture. Sprinkle with the walnuts.
- Mix milk and instant pudding and pie filling mix together. Pour a little over half of the pudding mixture over the nuts.
- Mix half of the Cool Whip with the leftover pudding mixture, then spread this over the pudding layer.
- Top it off with the remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve.
