Heavenly Broiled Fish

  1. Thaw fish if frozen.
  2. Place fillets in a single layer on a well-greased bake and serve platter, 15 x 10-inches.
  3. Brush fillets with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients.
  5. Broil fillets about 4 inches from source of heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
