Sriracha Eggplant Fries

  1. Mix flour together with spices in one bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix eggs, milk and sriracha sauce together in another bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cut your eggplant up in strips like French fries.
  4. Put your oil in a pan and bring it to a good sizzle.
  5. Take your fries and dunk them in flour mixture.
  6. Now dunk them in egg mixture.
  7. Now dunk them again in flour mixture.
  8. Drop carefully into hot oil.
  9. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, or golden brown.
  10. Remove them from the pan and blot with a paper towel.
  11. Serve with a smile.
