One Meal (Skillet)

  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients in large iron skillet and cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender and all the pink is gone from the meat.
  2. Add the potatoes and the tomatoes. Simmer, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, for about 15 minutes.
  3. Put in a 350u0b0 oven and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  4. Add the salad and garlic bread and you have a fine meal for 4 people.
