Brenda'S Stuffed Chicken With Crab

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and flour; stir 1 minute.
  2. Slowly add milk, broth and wine.
  3. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  4. Set aside. Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter.
  5. Add crab, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sauce.
