Taco Mac Salad

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
  2. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.
  3. Brown meat and drain fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  5. Cool.
  6. In a large bowl, mix macaroni, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and seasonings. Chill.
  7. Just before serving, stir in seasoned ground beef, French dressing and corn chips.
  8. Toss lightly.
  9. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
