Cookies N’ Cream Brownie Bars
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 1 box Brownie Mix, 18 Ounce Box
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cups Melted Butter (or Oil)
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 10 whole Oreo Cookies, Crushed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x9 square dish and set aside.
- In large bowl, mix brownie mix with eggs and butter until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Cool completely.
- Whip cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining frosting ingredients (except the Oreos) and whip until smooth. Scrape sides of the bowl and whip again. Spread mixture over top of the brownies. Top with crushed Oreos and cut into bars. Serve.
