Halloween No-Bake Cookies
- 1/3 cups Butter
- 16 whole Large Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Sweetened, Flaked Coconut
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- Candy Corns, For Garnish (optional)
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Stir in the marshmallows and melt them with the butter until smooth, then add the chocolate chips and continue stirring until everything is melted together and combined.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients (except the candy corns).
- Drop onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet and immediately press a candy corn into the center of the cookie. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, until the cookies are cooled and set. These will last several days stored in the fridge in a plastic container ... if they last that long, that is!
