Have It Your Way – Pudding Cookies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2. Stir together flour and baking soda in small bowl and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown and white sugar.
  4. 4. Beat in pudding mix until well blended.
  5. 5. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
  6. 6. When smooth, slowly add in the flour mixture. This can take a little while, but make sure it's well incorporated into mix.
  7. 7. Finally, add in the mixers (I did milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips . . . but I'm boring and I love chocolate).
  8. 8. Line cookie trays with baking sheets or parchment paper.
  9. 9. Make the dough into balls that are about 1" size and place onto the trays.
  10. 10. Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  11. Makes approximately 40 cookies.
  12. **You can use any type of pudding mix, just be sure it is a 3.4 ounce box.
