Malted Milk Chocolate Fudge

  1. Lightly grease and line a 23cm square tin.
  2. In a large pan, melt the chocolate, condensed milk, butter and Horlicks powder over low heat. Stir until you have a smooth mixture. The mixture should come away from the pan quite easily. It looks a bit like a funny slime monster. A yummy, funny slime monster.
  3. Pour and scrape the mixture into the tin. Scatter the Maltesers over the top and gently press them into the fudge a teeny bit. Chill for a few hours until firm (I put mine in the fridge overnight). Cut into squares. Marvel at how little it now resembles a monster.
