Baked Peach Oatmeal
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter, Plus 1 Tablespoon To Grease The Pan
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Size) Sliced Peaches In Syrup, Drained
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Brush a 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and other wet ingredients (including remaining 1/4 cup melted butter) and until well mixed. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour half the mixture into the buttered pan. Arrange peach slices over oatmeal and top with remaining oatmeal. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
