Salmon Avocado Salad With Lychee And Sesame Dressing
- 250 grams Raw Salmon
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 150 grams Lychee
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons White Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Chives
- 1/2 teaspoons Wasabi Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- A Pinch Of Cayenne
- Dice salmon and avocados. Remove the skin, deseed and dice lychee. Combine everything in a bowl.
- Combine all the rest of the ingredient for the dressing, add it to the salad and let the flavors mix together for 10 minutes.
- Using a shaping mold, arrange the salad on plates. Enjoy!
