Healthy Choice Crab Dip
- 1/2 c. non-fat yogurt or sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Healthy Choice fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
- paprika
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (may omit)
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Then, stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
- Makes approximately 20 servings.
- A 3 tablespoon serving equals 44 calories and less than 1 gram fat.
