Healthy Choice Crab Dip

  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Then, stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
  4. Cover and chill 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
  7. Makes approximately 20 servings.
  8. A 3 tablespoon serving equals 44 calories and less than 1 gram fat.
