Banana And Peach Muffins
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Melted Butter
- 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Milk
- 3 Large Eggs
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Caster Sugar
- 2 Very Ripe Bananas
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Cut Peaches
- 200 Grams Wholeweat Flour
- 100 Grams All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Sunflower Seeds, For Sprinkling On Top Of Muffins
- 3 Tablespoons Demerara Sugar, For Sprinkling On Top Of Muffins
- You just have to stir all liquid ingredience with sugar. After that mash bananas, and add them to the mixture. At the and add peaches and all flour, then stir everything together but not to long. Separate the mixture to muffin tin and sprinkle each muffin with seads and demerara sugar. Bake in hot oven (392 F) for about 30 min.
