Homemade Marble Mini Bread

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix on low speed for one minute.
  2. 2. Add water and 1 egg, mix on low speed for one minute.
  3. 3. Combine butter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10-15 minutes on medium speed.
  4. 4. Cover the dough with a towel and let rise in a warm place until dough has doubled in volume.
  5. 5. Punch the dough down and divide in half. Cut one half into nine pieces. Make round balls and place into a greased mini loaf pan. Now cut the remaining half of the dough into nine pieces, maked round balls and place them on top of the balls. Cover with a tea towel and allow to rise for 35 minutes.
  6. 6.After that beat the remaining 1 egg and brush over the bread and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. 7. Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes. Serve with jam or butter.
