Fresh And Crisp Mediterranean Salad
- 2 bunches Romaine Lettuce
- 1 whole Cucumber, Chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 whole Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cups Black Olives Sliced
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 2/3 cups Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, Mined
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce. Add chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onions, red peppers and olives. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a Mason jar or small container and set aside until ready to serve. Shake dressing to combine just before serving and pour generously over salad.
