Quick Beer Bread

  1. Mix rye flour with 1 1/2 cups white flour.
  2. Heat beer, honey and margarine to 105u0b0 to 115u0b0.
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
  4. Add beer mixture, caraway seed, salt, garlic powder and 1 1/2 cups flour mixture.
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Stir in remaining flour mixture and enough additional white flour to make a soft dough.
  7. Knead on floured board until smooth, about 4 minutes.
  8. Shape into ball and place in greased 8-inch round pan. Grease top.
  9. Flatten to fit pan, cover and let rise in warm place for about 45 minutes.
  10. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
