Mexican Stew Or Soup – Hmmm?
- 1 whole Medium White Onion (amount Depending On Preference)
- 2 pounds Hamburger Meat (ground Beef)
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles (Use Mild If You Don't Like It Too Spicy)
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Ranch Style Beans (original)
- 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Campbell's Minestrone Soup
- Dice onion.
- Brown hamburger meat and onions over medium heat (I use a 5 quart pan to cut down on dishes).
- Meanwhile, open all of the cans, set them aside.
- Once the meat is cooked, drain fat and return meat and onions to the pan. Dump all canned ingredients in the same pan, I also add water to one of the cans of Rotel for more of a soupier texter, it's your preference. Let it simmer until hot and your done!
- To cut down on more time, put the canned ingredients in a separate pot and heat through while the hamburger meat is cooking then add together at the end.
- You can freeze this and enjoy later as well.
