Mexican Stew Or Soup – Hmmm?

  1. Dice onion.
  2. Brown hamburger meat and onions over medium heat (I use a 5 quart pan to cut down on dishes).
  3. Meanwhile, open all of the cans, set them aside.
  4. Once the meat is cooked, drain fat and return meat and onions to the pan. Dump all canned ingredients in the same pan, I also add water to one of the cans of Rotel for more of a soupier texter, it's your preference. Let it simmer until hot and your done!
  5. To cut down on more time, put the canned ingredients in a separate pot and heat through while the hamburger meat is cooking then add together at the end.
  6. You can freeze this and enjoy later as well.

white onion, hamburger, tomatoes, beans, soup
