Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
  2. In a large bowl mix together eggs, corn syrup, butter, light brown sugar, bourbon, flour and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped pecans and chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake pie on the bottom rack at 425u0b0F for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes reduce heat to 350u0b0F and bake for another 45 minutes.
  7. Let pie cool for at least 1 hour.
